    And and
and and what do you understand as uh.
    There's no official evacuation order.
    Morning at around 4 o'clock
    at 19.
There was heavy bombing around the hospital around Kalland one.
    Early in the morning,
    uh,
    around 4 o'clock,
there was an IDF tag uh seen outside the hospital.
    And through uh people,
    they were,
    uh,
    the people,
they were kind of informed and told
that everyone had to move outside of the hospital.
    And
    through
    people,
they were uh people they were kind of.
People started to climb the wall and,
    and to escape.
    And of course,
    uh,
and this panic attracted IDF fire.
    There's reported death
    and,
    and,
    and also detentions,
    arrests.
    To the Saladin,
    uh,
and eventually to the Saladin uh checkpoint.
    We brought
    the emergency medical team,
    Mercy,
    to Kamal at one.
    Just recently,
we just had less than a week ago.
    And,
and brought 10,000 litre of fuel,
    or parcels for,
    for patients,
    the staff,
    blood units,
    units,
    etc.
    including this EMT
    and,
    and,
    and,
    uh,
the EMT deployment had been denied
    for at least 5 times
over the past 2 weeks.reing with uh the immersion of the team.
So they're just there and now within one week,
    they're gone again.
This is not only for me incomprehensible.
    But also incredibly,
    incredibly sad.
    Is,
    uh,
    impeded.
    Since the 7th of October.
    Uh,
    uh,
    2023.
    In total,
5,325 patients have been evacuated outside Gaza.
But of that almost 5000 were evacuated via the Rafah crossing before the 7th of May.
    Including 4000 children.
    So
    at least
we estimate that at least 12,000 patients across Gaza
    still need medical evacuations
    to
    survive.
Which is a download and a vision from our previous number,
    obviously
high on the agenda remains uh.
    Hospitals,
    health workers.
